As the Commander of the Dragonguard, Katadante is charged with defending the Dragon gate that leads from the Vale of Talanor into Kahae Edhekal, also known as Eastgate. The great stone gate is carved from the Shadow Mountains. A massive carving of a dragon rests in the mountainside above hte gate ready to breathe alchemist’s fire upon those who approach without leave.
