12-13 You raise your hand, and burning radiance erupts from it. Each creature of your choice that you can see within 5 feet of you must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 1d4 radiant damage.
14-17 Your hand swells with Her radiant light. Each creature of your choice that you can see within 5 feet of you must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 1d6 radiant damage.
18-19 Your hand swells with Her radiant light. Each creature of your choice that you can see within 5 feet of you must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 1d6 radiant damage. In addition, each creature damaged by the spell must make a Charisma save or suffer a -1 penalty to all attacks until the end of your next turn.
20-23 Your hand swells with Her radiant light. Each creature of your choice that you can see within 5 feet of you must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 1d6 radiant damage. In addition, each creature damaged by the spell must make a Charisma save or suffer a -2 penalty to all attacks until the end of your next turn.
24-27 Your hand swells with Her radiant light. Each creature of your choice that you can see within 5 feet of you must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 2d6 + your Wisdom modifier of radiant damage. In addition, each creature damaged by the spell must make a Charisma save or suffer a -2 penalty to all attacks until the end of your next turn.
28-29 Your hand swells with Her radiant light. Each creature of your choice that you can see within 10 feet of you must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 3d6 + your Wisdom modifier of radiant damage. This amount is decreased by 1d6 for each 5’ beyond the first 5’ that a creatures is from you. In addition, each creature damaged by the spell must make a Charisma save or be blinded until the end of your next turn.
30-31 Your hand swells with Her radiant light. Each creature of your choice that you can see within 15 feet of you must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 4d6 + your Wisdom modifier of radiant damage. This amount is decreased by 1d6 for each 5’ beyond the first 5’ that a creatures is from you. In addition, each creature damaged by the spell must make a Charisma save or be blinded for 1d4 rounds.
32+ Your hand erupts with Her radiant power. Each creature of your choice that you can see within 20 feet of you must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 4d6 + your Wisdom modifier of radiant damage. This amount is decreased by 1d6 for each 5’ beyond the first 5’ that a creatures is from you. In addition, each creature damaged by the spell must make a Charisma save or be blinded permanently.
